Training courses for distillers and producers

ViveaTraining courses for distillers from the PACA region are proposed on the theme of sustainable development of the sector of lavender and lavandin essential oils.
These courses aim at presenting the Censo approach, and reporting on the regulatory aspects of the distillery and the possible grants.
Speakers include Aurélie Gommé (CIHEF), Sylvain PERROT (CRIEPPAM) and Denis Bonsignour (FranceAgriMer).
The last course was held on 8th November 2010 at the Université Européenne des Senteurs et Saveurs (Forcalquier).

A course was also held on 6th December 2010 in Nyons for farmers from the Drôme with a view of presenting the Censo approach and reminding them of the regulatory requirements to which they are subject. The speakers were Aurélie Gommé (CIHEF) and Sarah Vabre (Chambre d’Agriculture de la Drôme).
